SHIPPING POLICY

USPS has been dealing with major delays and lost packages due to COVID-19.
We still offer USPS as a shipping option but we highly recommend picking UPS as your shipping carrier even though it's more expensive.
Your package is guaranteed to be delivered on time with UPS.
If you choose USPS at checkout we're generally
not responsible for any delays or lost packages.
If UPS is chosen at checkout, we also are not responsible for customs charges for international packages.


REFUND POLICY

We only accept returns for cosmetic damage inquiries. If you are not satisfied with the product for some reason you can get a refund within 1 day of receiving your item as long as you are able to provide adequate and necessary reason and proof for a return of the product. All sales are final.
